Please read these terms carefully before using our services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any service provided by A&D Logistics, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.

2. Scope of Services

A&D Logistics provides courier and logistics services including but not limited to:

  • Package pickup, handling, and delivery services

  • Free delivery within Spanish Town, Portmore, and Old Harbour

  • Islandwide delivery through Knutsford Express courier services

  • Customer referral rewards program

  • Customer loyalty shopping points program

  • Warehousing, package coordination, and logistics support

A&D Logistics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.

3. Delivery & Service Scheduling

Delivery schedules are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, operational demands, third-party carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Service Areas

Free delivery is provided within:

  • Spanish Town

  • Portmore

  • Old Harbour

Islandwide delivery is available via Knutsford Express. Customers are responsible for Knutsford courier fees where applicable.

5. Responsibility, Risk & Liability

All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk.

A&D Logistics assumes limited liability for loss, damage, delay, or errors related to shipments.

Responsibility begins once the package is received by A&D Logistics and ends upon delivery, collection, or transfer to a third-party courier.

A&D Logistics is not responsible for:

  • Vendor or supplier errors

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by customers

  • Items lost prior to reaching our possession

  • Delays or damages caused by third-party carriers

6. Packaging & Fragile Items

Customers and vendors are responsible for proper packaging.
A&D Logistics is not liable for damage caused by insufficient packaging.

Fragile items such as electronics, glass, liquids, cosmetics, or breakable goods are shipped entirely at the owner’s risk.

7. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers must comply with Jamaican laws and shipping regulations.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances

  • Firearms, ammunition, or weapons

  • Explosives, hazardous, or flammable materials

  • Counterfeit or illegal goods

  • Pornographic or obscene materials

  • Perishable foods without approval

  • Live animals

  • Cash or negotiable financial instruments

Prohibited items may be confiscated or reported without refund. A&D Logistics assumes no liability for resulting penalties.

8. Customs & Government Fees

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, clearance charges, or government fees where applicable.

A&D Logistics is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, or seizures.

9. Referral Rewards Program

Customers may earn a $250 referral reward when a referred customer uses A&D Logistics services.

Referral rewards:

  • May be issued as service credit or promotional benefit

  • Are subject to verification

  • May be changed or discontinued at company discretion

10. Loyalty Shopping Points Program

Customers earn shopping points for every dollar spent with A&D Logistics.

These points:

  • May be used toward future services or promotions

  • Hold no direct cash value unless specified

  • May expire or be modified at company discretion

11. Payments

Payments must be settled before package release or delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, or approved digital payments.

Payments are generally non-refundable once services are completed.

12. Claims & Complaints

Claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery or notification.

Supporting documents such as receipts, invoices, or photos may be required.

Messages via social media or messaging apps do not constitute official claims unless confirmed.

13. Storage & Uncollected Packages

Packages not collected within a reasonable timeframe after notification may incur storage fees.

Uncollected packages may be disposed of or otherwise handled to recover costs. Customers remain responsible for outstanding charges.

14. Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be made before scheduled delivery or service where applicable. Fees may apply depending on service preparation already completed.

A&D Logistics reserves the right to cancel services when necessary.

15. Amendments & Entire Agreement

A&D Logistics reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between A&D Logistics and its customers.
